Charge d’affaires of Embassy of Germany to Ankara, Robert Dölger has been summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon Germany banning the speech which President Erdoğan would hold through a video-conference in a rally held in Cologne. The relations between Turkey and Germany has become tense upon President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan being banned from calling on to the crowd holding a speech through video-conference in the “Democracy Rally Against Coup” held in Cologne province of Germany. According to the report of state-run Anadolu Agency (AA), Dölger has been summoned on behalf of Martin Erdmann, German Ambassador to Turkey who is out of Ankara at the moment.
