Individuals who had non immigrant visa interview appointments scheduled for these days are advised to visit the embassy’s website and reschedule. Applicants who had immigrant visa appointments scheduled for these days will be contacted by the Consular Section and informed of their new appointment date. Meanwhile, the offices of the High Commission of Canada in Jamaica will be closed next Monday and will reopen on Tuesday unless further advised. For Consular assistance, Canadians are advised to contact the Emergency Service Centre in Ottawa, Canada.
