Newsline: Venezuelan embassy awards for students
The Institute of Venezuela for Culture and Cooperation (IVCC) in Saint Lucia as part of its continuing efforts to make Spanish Language classes readily available to the Saint Lucian public, this year introduced a Spanish Summer Course for children between the ages of six and fourteen, with the aim of presenting Spanish as fun for all age groups. Likewise, and as part of its cultural program, each student received a Perinola, (Venezuelan traditional toy), as a present from the IVCC and had the opportunity to learn two games of test speed and skill that can be played with the Venezuelan toy.
